Our TERMS of SERVICE are as follows:

A deposit of £100.00 is required to secure any individual service.
A deposit of £150.00 is required to secure any combination service

The outstanding balance is then due on your Wedding Day.

A surcharge of £150.00 for separate Photography/Videography or £250.00 fro combined work is applicable for all Sunday & Sunday Bank Holiday work.

We cover the reception, even if it does not immediately follow your Wedding, for the Mock Toast & Cake Cutting.

Please Note
Whilst we do everything within our capabilities to provide a satisfactory service & fulfil our obligations, our liability is limited to a return of any deposit paid, should any mechanical, electrical, fire or any mishap caused beyond our control occur, which prevents us from fulfilling our contract.

We also reserve the right to change the quantity of Photographs taken with any collection, due to inclement weather, failing light & change the venue to proceed with the Photography /Videography.

Return of Deposits

Any return of deposit due to cancellation will only be given if a new booking replaces your original booking period on the same day.

All negative images, digital images & video footage remain the property of J 'N' A Photography

If you wish to purchase the rights of the negative images or digital imaging onto CD, please don't hesitate to ask (Non-Negotiable Price).
